how to lose fat a.k.a holiday-side-effect
HOLIDAY.... long holiday where all the food that always good becomes so freaking good.
some people obviously spend their holiday by making some awesome trip to another city, country or even galaxy //yeah, watching star wars counts as another-galaxy-trip//--or, some people just staying home with all the food and watching home alone. That's exactly, me.
I was sooooo busy like, with all my mom's home cooking, my father's big appetite, my siblings' support, we were just digging all holiday long. i was wondering if i gained weight but i thought, it could be my food wasn't digested yet. so i just went around the house stuffing my self, felling fat but being so positive minded.
Well, it's not just positive mind but apparently, just positive fat.
But i know, deep down, i deserve this. it can be placed in world wonder if i'm not gaining weight with all the things that i eat.
Holiday's side effect. It's not something that can be avoided easily.
i gained 2 kilos. Taraaaaa....... i stared at the number and a lil surprise because well, i expected more to be honest. hahahaa
Then how do i handle it?
No. I'm not searching some diet tips because i cant brace myself feeling starving. You know, sometime you have to put priority and being full then sleep well just things that cant be placed as number 2. hihihi
Guys, I downloaded some Yoga and Aerobic videos!!

i'm not going to do unhealthy diet. we're not allowed to force our self. we suppose to eat well sleep well and be healthy.
So, i asked youtube for suggestion. yoga, aerobics, they came right away with so promising title.
Like, Yoga For Complete Beginners - 20 Minute Home Yoga Workout!---so promising. just 20 minutes? i was thinking to take like 2 hours at least. But, i took it anyway.
then, 30 Minutes Aerobic Dance Workout To Lose Belly Fat - Cardio Workout At Home For Women No Equipment---Sounds amazing!
the last one, 30 Mins Aerobic Dance Workout - Bipasha Basu Break free Full Routine - Full Body Workout----this one is perfection. full body workout in 30 minutes.
I was so excited!! Just 2 hours less!
1. The Yoga // Yoga For Complete Beginners - 20 Minute Home Yoga Workout!
the instructor was beautiful. looked so flawless and i was in complete confident that she wouldn't kill me with creepy yoga move because, the title. The title was so caring.
First was just breathing in cozy position. I did this well.
Then, she told me to lie down and just stretched my feet. This one, still easy.
After some stretching, she told me to do sit up. Here, where i failed.
Exactly when the video just hit the first 5 minutes, i failed. Miserably. Like, how could she expected the beginner to do sit up by herself? in the least, i needed someone to hold my feet. i couldn't brace my self to do sit up just like that. I was the beginner! she totally forgot that.
So, feeling betrayed, i moved to the second video.
2. Aerobic // 30 Minutes Aerobic Dance Workout To Lose Belly Fat - Cardio Workout At Home For Women No Equipment
For this, right from the very beginning, i was just staring at the video. Seriously?
Right from the very beginning, the lady clearly wanted to kill me. Nope. No. Definitely, NO.
Lets try the last one, the title seemed more friendly.

Dancing!! yeay! the lady was India. I like watching Bollywood. this one would work out.
Well, finally, i was doing something. even i couldn't tell that i followed her well, by my sweat, i was trying. Trying my best.
Her voice was so nice. She encouraged me pretty good. The moves weren't that hard even i still couldn't follow it well. for a very beginner like me, it worked fine.
I recommend this one!
however, i lost my breath at 20 minutes and just watched her doing the energetic part, how could she moved effortlessly, full smile, after all of these? she was amazing. Then, i just caught up for the chilling part.
I was feeling touched. I did actually exercised. I must be losing around 10 kilos at least.
I should eat more to regain my energy.
Then, i ate like crazy. hahahaa
I know, its not about losing weight. but its good to move your body after that super long lazy days. holiday always makes me feeling stuffy. as not a very sporty woman, doing some moves need strong motivation.
So, my motivation, exercise and then eat. balancing, right?
